Amy Gips

Loan Fund President

Amy focuses on Wildflower’s loan activities and manages The Sunlight Loan Fund. She has spent her career as an investor and lender in both the non-profit and for-profit space. Amy founded Astia Angels, an angel investor network that invests in women-led businesses. She previously worked at PennantPark Investment Advisers and DLJ Investment Partners (Credit Suisse) providing debt and equity financing to middle market companies. Amy began her career as an investment banker at Jefferies, where she focused on leveraged finance transactions. Amy is the proud mother of an eight year-old graduate of Violeta Montessori, a Wildflower school, and twin two year-old future Wildflowers.
